Duty Solicitors

We welcome applications from accredited Duty Solicitors seeking a dynamic and supportive environment to continue their practice.
At PSP, you will work alongside experienced colleagues across a broad range of criminal matters, with opportunities to take on complex cases. We value proactive advocates with strong client-handling skills and a genuine commitment to criminal defence work.

If you are a diligent, reliable, and motivated Duty Solicitor, we would be pleased to hear from you.

Powell Spencer & Partners is committed to developing the next generation of lawyers. We support pathways for:

  • Prospective Trainee Solicitors (Training Contracts)

You will gain hands-on experience across our core practice areas — including Criminal Defence, Family, Immigration & Asylum, Employment, and Civil matters — with supervision from experienced solicitors and opportunities to build real, practical skills.

Whether you are beginning your legal journey or transitioning via the SQE route, we encourage you to apply.
