Aysha Iqbal
Aysha began her legal career as a paralegal and trainee solicitor at another London-based firm where she gained valuable experience in case preparation and client support. She went on to complete a two-year training contract with seats in both the Family Law and Child Protection department and the Mental Health department, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of working with vulnerable clients in difficult situations.
Aysha subsequently joined Powell Spencer & Partners in June 2022 as a Solicitor in the Children and Family Law department. She has quickly become an essential part of the team, bringing over three years of experience working within the firm on a broad range of family law matters, with a particular focus on child protection and relationship breakdown cases.
Aysha specialises in both public and private children matters, including care proceedings, child arrangements, and disputes involving children and finances.
