Kelvin Mowatt
Kelvin has extensive experience challenging prosecutions in the Magistrates’ Courts, Crown Courts and Appellate Courts routinely representing his clients from the point of initial police interview to the conclusion of appeal. His portfolio of cases at investigation and prosecution stage include some of the most serious offences including fraud, serious assault (GBH), drugs supply, firearms possession and murder. He will routinely undertake his client’s Magistrates’ Court trial advocacy personally.
Kelvin has developed additional expertise in the technical area of road traffic law and welcomes enquiries from those facing disqualification or seeking to challenge prosecutions in all road traffic matters.
