SENDIST Tribunal & Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments
£995
Specialist assessments and robust, court-ready, PD35-compliant reports for EHCNA and SENDIST tribunal cases.
This comprehensive assessment is designed for families considering or currently applying for an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), or who may be progressing toward a SENDIST Tribunal appeal. It is appropriate for children and young people aged 3–25, with a range of needs including DLD, ADHD, autism, Down syndrome and genetic conditions.
For primary-aged pupils and those attending specialist or SEN provisions, this assessment includes a home or clinic visit in addition to a school observation. For pupils in mainstream secondary settings, a meeting with the SENCo will be arranged.
All reports are written to SENDIST standards. Following the changes to Practice Direction 35 in July 2025, expert reports must not exceed 15 pages (plus appendices) and tribunal bundles must not exceed 100 pages.
Francesca Beard was trained by Bond Solon and is currently completing her expert witness certification.

QbCheck (ADHD Screening)
£275
A certified, computer-based ADHD screening assessment suitable for individuals aged 6–60 years.
QbCheck objectively measures inattention, impulsivity and hyperactivity. The assessment takes approximately 15–20 minutes and can be carried out remotely from home using a computer with a webcam. Results are compared against age and gender-matched normative data and a detailed report is produced.
Attention and impulsivity are measured through a computer-based task, while hyperactivity is assessed by tracking head movements via the webcam. The individual is not recorded or filmed during the assessment.
QbCheck is not a diagnostic assessment and cannot provide an ADHD diagnosis. It forms one part of a wider assessment process and can support discussions with healthcare professionals or an ADHD referral pathway.
Package includes
-

-
Additional questionnaires and background information
