Therapy

Therapy shaped around your child

We offer both face-to-face and remote speech and language therapy, making it easier to find an option that fits around your family’s needs.

Our approach

Individualised, interactive and meaningful

We know that children engage best when therapy feels enjoyable and meaningful. Our sessions are individualised, interactive and built around each child or young person’s interests, strengths and communication needs, rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.

Face-to-face therapy is currently available from our welcoming home clinic in Dartford, a dedicated garden office designed to provide a calm, comfortable and private space for therapy.

From November 2026, we’ll also be offering face-to-face appointments from our new Orpington clinic, giving families across South East London and Kent even more choice and flexibility.

Prefer the convenience of home? Remote therapy is available too, providing high-quality specialist support without the journey.

Remote speech and language therapy

We provide specialist online therapy for children and young people, delivered by experienced clinicians through a secure, purpose-built therapy platform. We only recommend this option from 6 years of age.

Our online service is designed to be interactive, engaging and clinically effective, rather than simply replicating a face-to-face session over a video call. The platform allows therapists to share resources, activities and visual materials in real time, and offers a safer option than general video calling.

Face-to-face therapy

We provide specialist face-to-face therapy in welcoming, purpose-designed spaces where children and young people can feel comfortable, confident and ready to communicate.

Our Dartford clinic (DA1) is located in a dedicated garden office: calm, private and welcoming, away from the busy feel of a traditional clinical setting, with plenty of room for interactive activities, games, visual resources and practical communication work.

Face-to-face therapy can be particularly helpful when children benefit from hands-on activities, movement, visual support or a more structured therapeutic environment.
