Francesca Beard
Director & Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist
Francesca is a specialist speech and language therapist with a special interest in children with developmental language disorder (DLD), ADHD, dyslexia and autism.

Francesca is neurodivergent herself, with a diagnosis of dyslexia and AuDHD, and therefore has firsthand experience of how these differences can affect children and young people across the lifespan.

She studied Speech and Language Therapy (BSc) at the University of Reading, influenced by her own family’s experiences. Her brother was diagnosed with verbal dyspraxia (now Childhood Apraxia of Speech), and she spent many early years sitting in on his therapy sessions. Those experiences underpin her commitment to ensuring no family faces the same barriers to support that hers did.

Francesca is the founder of Let’s Communicate Ltd and The NQP Academy.

Keira Radice
Specialist Speech and Language Therapist
Keira graduated from the MSc programme in Speech and Language Therapy at the end of 2021 and has since been working towards her PhD, looking at the effectiveness of narrative intervention with young people with DLD who are accessing the Criminal Justice system.

She has a special interest in children and young people with DLD, ADHD, dyslexia and autism, and as another neurodivergent therapist she brings firsthand experience to the team. Keira can carry out assessments in Milton Keynes, the Midlands and surrounding areas.

Keira’s passion lies with young people who have been misunderstood, and she has joined the mission to debunk the myth of the “naughty” child.

Leanne Suttle
Speech & Language Therapist
Leanne recently qualified with an MSc in Speech and Language Therapy from Canterbury Christ Church University. She has 14 years of experience working with children from birth to adolescence in a range of roles, including nurture group leader and early years SENCo.

She is keen to support parents and families and has a special interest in social, emotional and mental health needs, especially in adolescence.

Rachel Hon
Speech and Language Therapist
Rachel completed her Master’s degree in Speech and Language Therapy in Hong Kong. She previously studied Translation, which sparked her early interest in language, communication and how people connect across cultures. Rachel speaks Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Growing up in Hong Kong, Rachel became interested in speech and language therapy after seeing how communication difficulties can affect confidence, relationships and opportunities.

She has experience in both special and mainstream schools, supporting children and young people with a range of speech, language and communication needs.

Natasha Brown
Specialist Speech and Language Therapist
Natasha is a Stammering Specialist who is passionate about supporting young people and their families to understand what stammering is, what influences fluency and how to develop self-advocacy skills.

She has wide experience working with young people with a variety of communication needs across the NHS and private practice, and loves providing online sessions so families can work from the comfort of home with familiar toys, routines and greater flexibility.

Keira Radice
Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist
Jemma studied at Queen Margaret University and has over 12 years’ experience as a therapist, working in NHS environments as well as mainstream and special nurseries, schools and colleges.

She is a neuro-affirming therapist who champions inclusive communication, with a special interest in speech disorders, language disorders, stammering and autism.

Jemma has two young children, which has shaped her family-centred approach. It is important to her that a young person’s goals are completely individualised and meaningful to them and their family.
